This opportunity is for the City of Fresno's Public Works - Traffic Operations division to procure E-1 Streetlight Poles for municipal infrastructure. - Government Buyer: - City of Fresno, Public Works - Traffic Operations - Purchasing managed by Dyan Ayala, Purchasing Manager's Office - Products Requested: - 50 units of COF E-1 Streetlight Poles (30-foot poles) - Includes pole caps, hand hole covers, and hardware - Excludes arms and anchor bolts - Must meet Type E-1 City of Fresno Standards (see Exhibit 1) - Requirements: - All equipment must be new, in current production, and conform to industry standards for design, strength, material quality, and workmanship - Compliance with OSHA and Cal/OSHA regulations (most restrictive standard applies) - Bidders must submit manufacturer's published price list, descriptive literature, specifications, and standard warranty - Delivery required within 16 weeks of release notification, during regular City working days (6:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M., excluding Fridays) - Defective or incorrect items must be replaced within 30 days of notification - All equipment will be inspected prior to acceptance - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to all qualified manufacturers and suppliers - Notable Details: - Delivery is FOB destination to the City of Fresno Traffic Signals and Streetlights Division - City reserves the right to reject any and all bids
