Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the County of Mendocino to procure a qualified vendor to conduct the Unsheltered Homeless Point-in-Time Count Census and Survey Project. The project is for the Mendocino County Department of Social Services and is conducted on behalf of the Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care (MCHSCoC, CA-509).
