Description

Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) is soliciting sealed proposals for Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning (EPC) services for a new natural gas pretreatment system and liquefaction system at the Richmond LNG Facility. The project includes design, engineering, procurement, transportation, project management, mobilization, installation, operator training, testing, commissioning, start-up, performance testing, and demobilization. The new system will be designed to operate in parallel with the existing liquefaction system and supply LNG to existing storage tanks. Proposals must be submitted via the PGW Procureware portal by October 15, 2026, 2:00 PM ET, with questions due by October 8, 2026.
