Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids for the removal of existing pavement, processing of old PBS and base for new base, road widening, replacement of failing culvert, concrete pavement grinding, PBS mill and overlay with UTACS. The project will be constructed during night hours and requires traffic control and pilot cars to maintain two-way traffic while construction is underway.
