The Town of Lincoln Water Department is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of one Hyper-Heat Pump system with floor and wall-mounted A/C evaporators and one Energy Recovery Ventilator unit sized for 4 people. The project also includes removal and/or replacement of all existing duct work as necessary, cleaning or replacement of accessible ducts, sealing all seams, and applying R-8 insulation. Prevailing Wage Rates apply and are included in the bid specifications. Contractors must have necessary licenses, provide references, have experience in heat pump installation, and comply with bid deposit and payment bond requirements.
