The Ector County Independent School District (ECISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Food Service Refrigeration Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for School Nutrition refrigeration equipment located district-wide. Services include preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and related refrigeration services as specified in the RFP. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the ECISD online bidding software by 10:00 AM Central Time on September 23, 2026. The award will be made in the best interest of the District and is subject to approval by the ECISD Board of Trustees.
