The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that producers and exporters of circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand did not sell the subject merchandise at prices below normal value during the review period from March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2025. This administrative review covers the mandatory respondent Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Co., Ltd. and the non-selected company Thai Premium Pipe Co., Ltd. Both companies were assigned a weighted-average dumping margin of zero percent.
