The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), within the Department of Health and Human Services, intends to award a single-source cooperative agreement to Spaulding for Children in Southfield, MI. The award, up to $1 million, supports the continued implementation and dissemination of the National Training and Development Curriculum for Foster/Adoptive Parents (NTDC). This program provides training to prepare foster, adoptive, and kinship caregivers to effectively parent children and promote healthy child development.
