Description

The Foreign Agricultural Service intends to request an extension of a currently approved information collection related to the issuance of certificates of quota eligibility (CQEs). These certificates are required for entering sugar and sugar-containing products under tariff-rate quotas (TRQs) into the United States. The information collection supports monitoring and controlling imports subject to WTO and free trade agreement sugar TRQs. Comments on this notice must be received by November 2, 2026.
