Description

The Town of Arlington is requesting proposals from Mass Save participating Home Performance Contractors (HPCs) to provide marketing support, customer acquisition and intake, and direct services related to Mass Save Home Energy Assessments and weatherization in 1-4 unit residential buildings. The focus is on the Town's priority populations including rental properties, moderate-income households, and low-income households heating with oil, propane, or electric resistance only. The selected HPC will collaborate with the Town's Electrify Arlington program and ensure services especially serve renters, landlords, and low- and moderate-income residents. The partnership is expected to last until March 15, 2028, with possible extension.
