Description

This solicitation is for providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform masonry and concrete services and repairs at City-owned buildings, schools, and parks/open areas not associated with a building. The services are required on an as-needed basis during the period from September 2026 through September 2029. The contractor must have DCAMM Certification as a Prime/General Contractor in masonry work.
