Description

The State of Oregon, through the Oregon Health Authority, is issuing a Request for Proposal to develop and operate the Oregon Fidelity Wraparound Center for Excellence (FWC4E). The FWC4E will provide education, training, coaching, and technical assistance to enhance Fidelity Wraparound services for behavioral health providers in Oregon. The project includes conducting fidelity reviews for providers at least once every two years and supporting the implementation and sustainability of high-quality Wraparound services. The contract term starts January 1, 2027, with a not-to-exceed amount of $585,000 for the initial phase, and may be extended for a second phase with an increased budget.
