Description

The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) is seeking janitorial services including cleaning of interior and exterior windows, removal of hard water spots, carpet shampooing, floor waxing and buffing, and replenishment of cleaning materials such as hand soap and paper products. The services are to be provided at the Cal OES building and are open to Small Business (SB) vendors only. The contract term is from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029. A mandatory walk-through is scheduled, and questions must be submitted in writing by September 14, 2026.
