Description
This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Chevrolet Equinox fleet vehicles, including both gas and electric variants. The City of Dayton seeks to establish a firm price agreement for these vehicles with pricing firm from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with three additional options to renew at the City's discretion. Bids must be submitted electronically by September 15, 2026, no later than 3:00 PM Dayton local time. The City reserves the right to award to one or more vendors and is not obligated to purchase any minimum quantity.
