Mt. Hood Community College is seeking proposals from experienced Construction Managers/General Contractors (CM/GC) for construction and renovation of multiple facilities and campus areas at the Gresham Campus. The work is organized into three major packages: Athletics/Title IX Improvements, Health & Science Improvements, and Academic Center/Campus Improvements. The selected CM/GC firm(s) will provide services during design and construction phases, including a fixed fee and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the applicable work packages. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for September 8, 2026, with proposals due by September 29, 2026.
