Description

This solicitation is for the continuation of the Oregon SNAP Employment & Training (E&T) programs Success Framework Data Project, specifically phases 2 and 3. The work involves data improvement services including development and refinement of data collection processes, design and launch of dashboards and data tools, provider data capacity training, research, and ongoing project coordination and evaluation. The procurement is a sole source due to the specialized nature of the work and the unique integration of existing tools and data structures by the current provider, Seattle Jobs Initiative. Phase 3 is contingent on future federal funding and aims to continue the project efficiently with continuity from phase 2.
