Quotes must be valid for 30 calendar days after the solicitation closes.

Awards exceeding the Micro Purchase Threshold of $15,000 will be issued as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. Smaller awards will be made via a Government Purchase Card transaction.

Any subsequent award will require acceptance in writing within 48 hours of delivery of the signed purchase order. Subsistence is vital for the operation of the Federal Prison. This acquisition is appropriate for written acceptance, as determined by the contracting officer per FAR 12.201-1 (b).

System updates may lag policy updates. The SAM system may still require representations not included in agency solicitations, such as:
