Description

The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking applications from eligible Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) communities who have assumed or will assume responsibility for local three-acre sites and integrate the three-acre sites into their MS4 permit. The program provides financial and technical assistance to three-acre sites to support MS4s in developing and implementing stormwater treatment practices to comply with MS4 permit obligations. Funds may be used on the three-acre site itself or for other projects identified in an MS4's Phosphorus Control Plans or Flow Restoration Plans. Grantees are responsible for 20% of the total project cost.
