Description
The City of La Crosse and the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of La Crosse County are jointly soliciting proposals for specialized transportation services funded through 85.21 Specialized Transportation funding. The services involve origin to destination paratransit for physically and mentally disabled persons unable to use fixed route transit, with possible door-to-door service in special circumstances. Proposals are sought for two parts: Part I covering the City of La Crosse and La Crosse County urbanized/metro area, and Part II covering rural areas of La Crosse County and surrounding regions. Contracts are for calendar year 2027 with options for 2028-2031, subject to annual renegotiation.
