Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is requesting proposals for grading, grade widening, granular base course, asphalt concrete pavement including passing lane and other work on the Elkwater Access Road to 5 km north of Hwy 515. The scope includes preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction supervision, post construction and warranty inspection for highway rehabilitation, asphalt concrete pavement, intersection improvements, and other related work. This RFP is only available to short-listed proponents and proposals must be submitted in two separate PDF files for technical qualifications and proposal fee. The contract duration is estimated to be 40 months starting from September 30, 2026.
