Description

The City of Lloydminster is seeking qualified vendors to provide wood recycling services for a period of three years, with the possibility of extension for up to two additional one-year terms. The city recycles untreated wood such as trees, pallets, and shacks used in the oil field. The recycled material is used as an alternative daily cover for the landfill, providing winter cover and a drivable surface during the wet season, and as a pad for landfill compactors to reduce strain on equipment and operators during winter.
