The Province invites suppliers to submit responses for Executive Coaching Services to be provided on an as, if, and when requested basis through a Corporate Supply Arrangement (CSA). The services target executive-level employees within government, including Deputy Ministers and Executive Leads, and may include 360 Assessments. The Province seeks coaches with experience coaching Indigenous Leaders and clients from diverse backgrounds and Equity-Deserving Groups. The CSA will be established with the top 25 highest ranked Executive Coaches, and purchasers may include various ministries, agencies, and Public Sector Entities within the Province. The term of the CSA is three years with three one-year extension options.
