The Fraser Valley Regional District (FVRD) is seeking proposals from qualified businesses, individuals, concession operators, caterers, food truck operators, or hybrid food service providers for the provision of food services at the Hope & Area Recreation Centre. The successful proponent will be responsible for all approved aspects of the food service operation including staffing, inventory, food safety, approvals, cleanliness, customer service, and compliance. The FVRD is open to proposals for indoor concession service, catering service, food truck service, or a hybrid service model, aiming to select the best overall value. The FVRD does not guarantee customer volume, sales, revenue, or profitability, and proponents must conduct their own due diligence.
