Description

The State of Delaware, Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Public Health is seeking professional services for the Delaware Quitline and related tobacco cessation services. The services include providing a toll-free tobacco cessation hotline, cessation counseling by phone or in person, and providing FDA approved prescription cessation aids and nicotine-replacement therapy to eligible smokers. The goal is to increase quitting and quit attempts among Delawareans who use tobacco products, in alignment with the Plan for a Tobacco-free Delaware. Proposals must address the scope of work and meet the requirements outlined in the RFP.
