The New York State Police is seeking bids for a one-time, statewide purchase of ten (10) 2026 or newer Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 Northstar Edition Premium Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs) or equivalent models, each equipped with a track system. - Government Buyer: - New York State Police (NYS Dept. of Police), Contract Management Specialist, Purchasing Department - OEMs and Vendors: - Polaris (UTVs) - Camso (track systems) - Equivalent manufacturers permitted for both UTVs and track systems - Products/Services Requested: - 10 Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs), 2026 model year or newer, Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 Northstar Edition Premium or equivalent - Minimum specifications: 900 cc engine, 70 hp 4-stroke EFI, on-demand AWD, fully enclosed cab with heat/AC, power steering, 4-wheel hydraulic brakes - 10 Camso UTV 4S1 (or equivalent) track systems, compatible with the UTVs - Installation of track systems is not required and must not be included in bid price - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Equivalent products must meet or exceed detailed technical specifications; bidders must provide full specs for proposed equivalents - All-inclusive pricing required (labor, materials, delivery, taxes) - Delivery to multiple NYSP locations across New York State; drop-shipped directly from factory - Dealer servicing preparation, registration, and licensing handled by NYSP - No set-aside goals for MWBE, SDVOB, or DBE - Questions must be submitted using the provided form
