Description

Allegany County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to complete eight Preliminary Engineering Reports for sewer project priority projects identified in the County-Wide Sewer Study Phase 1, 2, and 4 Draft Report. This project is funded through an Appalachian Regional Commission Grant and an Empire State Development Grant. The reports will provide decision-makers, stakeholders, and community members with an understanding of the expected work, materials, and financing involved in bringing modern sewer infrastructure to the priority project areas. Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOBs) are strongly encouraged to submit proposals. All proposals are due by 3:00 pm on September 25, 2026.
