Lanmark Group, Inc. is seeking qualified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) subcontractors and suppliers for the Brooklyn Children’s Museum HVAC Upgrade project located at 145 Brooklyn Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11213. The work includes various trades such as selective demolition, asbestos abatement, concrete reinforcing, structural steel framing, roofing preparation, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, and more. All work will be performed per the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) using union wages. The contract term is 720 days, and the total MWBE contracting goal is 13%.
