The U.S. Embassy Yangon, under the Department of State, is seeking a multi-year procurement for dedicated Internet Service at its American CMR Compound in Yangon, Myanmar. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State - U.S. Embassy Rangoon - Contracting Officer: Anthony G. Marks - Products/Services Requested: - Dedicated Internet channel (minimum 30 Mbps) for all Mission Agencies - 12 months per year, base year plus four option years (total up to 60 months) - Public IP subnet (/29) for 5 users - Initial installation (non-recurring) - Technical support, operation, and maintenance - Quantities: - 12 months of Internet Service per year (base + 4 option years) - 1 initial installation - 1 public IP subnet per year - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Service must provide 99.7% uptime and use fiber optic technology - Vendors outside Myanmar must have a responsible, established local partner capable of managing services and staff - Compliance with cybersecurity supply chain risk management - Installation must be completed within 60 days of award - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to qualified ISPs and telecom providers - Contract is firm fixed-price, with a base year and four 12-month option years - All services must begin no later than the notice to proceed date - Technical support and maintenance are included throughout the contract period

The U.S Embassy Yangon has a require for Internet Service in Yangon, Myanmar. All interested vendors who are based outside of Myanmar, is essential to have a responsible and established partner company within Myanmar. This local partner should be capable of directly managing the required services and staff, as the contract operations is within Myanmar.
