The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, Regional Office is seeking quotations for UTM simulation ammunition and personal protective equipment for the SRF Training Center at Grand Coulee, WA. - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, Regional Office - OEMs and Vendors: - Ultimate Training Munitions (UTM) is the specified OEM for ammunition and PPE; "or equal" products are permitted for PPE - Products Requested: - 19,800 rounds of 5.56mm Man Marking Rifle Ammunition (UTM, Part #01-0971) - 7,200 rounds of 5.56mm Loud Battlefield Blank Rifle Ammunition (UTM, Part #01-3268) - 20,000 rounds of 9mm Man Marking Pistol Ammunition (UTM, Part #01-0976) - 1,000 rounds of 9mm Battlefield Blank Pistol Ammunition (UTM, Part #01-3090) - 20 UTM PPE High Cut Helmets (UTM, Part #69-0595 or equivalent) - 20 Groin Protectors (UTM, Part #69-GP-BLACK or equivalent) - Unique Requirements: - All ammunition must be compatible with UTM Bolt Conversions - PPE must be suitable for use during Force-on-Force training with UTM Man Marker Rounds - Delivery required within 120 days after award - "Or equal" products are allowed for PPE, but must meet UTM specifications - Total price must include all fees and taxes; inspection and acceptance at destination (FOB Destination)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R4026Q0152 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Over hall Effective Jul 2026. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332992 with an associated small business size standard of 1,300 Employees. This requirement is being solicited as a Brand-Name or Equal total small business set a-side.This solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of Brand Name products; Ultimate Training Munitions (UTM) simulation rounds, as well as brand name or equivalent personal protective equipment.
