This Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) NRCan-5000075549/B seeks to qualify companies to deliver Client Facilitation Services to assist Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) in planning, developing, and implementing major energy efficiency and greenhouse gas (GHG) initiatives. The services include energy management, measurement and verification (M&V), renewables, and energy performance contracts to meet Federal Sustainable Development Strategy (FSDS) targets. The contract duration is estimated at 163 months starting from August 31, 2026. Eligible suppliers include Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, and Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner, subject to conditions and sanctions.
