Description

This solicitation is a request for proposals (RFP) for recruitment services to provide auxiliary film liaisons. The selected recruitment agency will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and maintaining an on-call pool of 10-15+ skilled film liaisons who are available on-demand, sometimes with less than 24 hours' notice, to supervise filming activities on BC Housing sites. Proposals involving film production company employees as liaisons or subcontractors will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted electronically via BC Bid or email to the contracting officer.
