Description
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM), has a requirement for one (1) Thermo Scientific Vanquish Neo System or equal, including all components and accessories necessary to provide a complete and functional system.
The system will support CVM’s semicarbazide (SEM) alternative marker project and must be compatible with the Government-owned Thermo Fisher Scientific Orbitrap Exploris 240 mass spectrometer and associated ion-source/interface configuration. The requirement also includes a twelve (12) month manufacturer’s warranty and two (2) days of on-site LC support for system setup, installation, and implementation.
Delivery is required within six (6) weeks after receipt of order (ARO) to Laurel, Maryland. Award will be made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach in accordance with the solicitation requirements.
