Description
The requirement is for the proper abandonment and closure of nine groundwater monitoring wells at Load Line 6, Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center, Ravenna, Ohio.
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, utility locating, well closure services, waste management, restoration, seeding, and reporting necessary to complete the work. The contractor must prepare an OHARNG-approved work plan before field work, comply with applicable Ohio and federal well-closure requirements, manage and dispose of waste, restore each well location to original conditions, and submit well sealing reports and a final closure summary report.
All work and deliverables must be completed within 90 calendar days after award.
