The U.S. Marine Corps, 2nd Marine Division G-6 at Camp Lejeune, NC, is seeking to modernize audiovisual (A/V) and video teleconferencing (VTC) systems in its Division Conference Room, Executive Conference Room, and Auditorium. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marine Corps, 2nd Marine Division (2DMARDIV) G-6, Camp Lejeune Headquarters - Products and Equipment Requested: - 30,000 lumens 3LCD projector with wide throw lens, new screen, replacement DSP for audio, electronically steerable line array speaker package, NVX encoder/decoder hardware, and control system hardware for Auditorium - Four Samsung government-rated, non-Wifi 4K flat panel displays (dual 65" for entry wall, dual 55" for room columns), all TAA compliant, with micro-adjustable wall-mounts and a 22" table-mount touch screen - Crestron Processing Controller and related control system hardware, including managed PoE switch, autosensing digital TX/RX edge node hardware, and 4K digital media encoder/decoder modules, all TAA compliant - Upgraded SIPR/NIPR VTC system with touchscreen control panel and call/audio system for Executive Conference Room with four large wall-mounted screens - Services Requested: - On-site installation engineering and programming, including control system and DSP software development, engineering, documentation, and project management - Three-year service agreement with 24x7 helpdesk support, part repair/replacement, software/firmware updates, on-site technician dispatch, and annual preventative maintenance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All displays and control system products must be TAA compliant - Contractor personnel must have SECRET clearance and comply with base access requirements - The procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 334310 - Award based on price, technical capability, and past performance - Quotes must include all line items and be valid for 90 days
