UCLA Health is seeking written responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select consultants for materials testing and deputy inspection services for various non-project-specific assignments. These services will support renovations, remodels, infrastructure upgrades, seismic improvements, and utility and site developments for projects yet to be determined. Up to two consultants may be selected to perform work under a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for up to 3 years, with an option to extend for an additional 3 years. The anticipated aggregate fees range from $100,000 to $4,000,000, with a possible extension adding $2,000,000. Selected consultants should demonstrate familiarity with a wide range of project types and experience in public university settings is preferred but not required.
