Description

This project involves the renovation and expansion of the existing Titan Student Union and Student Recreation Center at California State University, Fullerton. The renovation includes approximately 48,000 square feet of the Titan Student Union and 92,000 square feet of the Student Recreation Center. Additions include an 18,900 square foot two-story addition to the Titan Student Union and a 25,000 square foot expansion to the Student Recreation Center, including a Wellness Center and expanded fitness areas. The project also includes approximately 44,000 square feet of site improvements such as enhancements to the intramural field. The project supports the Associated Students Inc.
