RFI: Production and Support for Ground/Air Task Oriented Radar (G/ATOR) Systems

The U.S. Marine Corps, through the Program Manager Expeditionary Radars (PM ExR) and Portfolio Acquisition Executive Marine Corps (PAE MC), is seeking information from industry on the production and delivery of Ground/Air Task Oriented Radar (G/ATOR) systems. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marine Corps - Program Manager Expeditionary Radars (PM ExR) - Portfolio Acquisition Executive Marine Corps (PAE MC) - OEM Highlight: - Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation is the current production contractor for G/ATOR systems - Products/Quantities Requested: - Up to 27 Ground/Air Task Oriented Radar (G/ATOR) systems (AN/TPS-80) - Must include Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Mode 5/S capability - Systems must share a common hardware and software baseline with those produced under contract M67854-19-C-0043 - Associated operating spares to support the G/ATOR systems - Services Requested: - Production support services including engineering, integration, testing, logistics, and program management - Unique Requirements: - Vendors must demonstrate manufacturing capabilities for G/ATOR systems - Interest in advanced technologies and ability to support multiple mission areas (Air Defense/Surveillance, Ground Weapons Locating) - Emphasis on compatibility and baseline commonality with existing systems
