Description
The work to be performed involves renovations and conversions to rooms 110, 111, and 112 of building 2711 in NPTU. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract IAW the procedures at RFO 12.201-1 and RFO Part 36 respectively. A mandatory site visit will be held within an estimated three calendar days from the issuance of the solicitation. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached for review.
