This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 142082-26-0233 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), to replace several obsolete and defective diagnostic instruments (test equipment) used to support the operational radar readiness, maintenance and repair associated with the WSR-88D NEXRAD radar, for the National Weather Service (NWS), Radar Operation Center (ROC).
