Description

The Chatham County-Savannah Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to assess, design, implement, document, monitor, and support a reliable backup and recovery solution for 25 production and/or business-critical servers. The solution must include local and secure off-premises backup capabilities, protect covered workloads and Microsoft 365 data, provide documented recovery procedures, and support agreed recovery, security, reporting, and administrative requirements. Proposals are due by October 1, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET. The selected proposer will be responsible for implementation and ongoing services with an anticipated award and project start date of November 2, 2026.
