Description

The University of Washington is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from Architectural/Engineering firms to provide design services for the UW Medical Center, Montlake, 4NN/4EE Acute Care Expansion project. The project involves renovating the 4th floor of the Pacific Tower to create approximately 24 additional medical/surgical acute patient care beds/bays within an 18,500 square foot area. The renovation will convert previously administrative space back to patient care use, supporting a flexible, acuity-adaptable care model. The University intends to use the General Contractor/Construction Manager contracting method for this project.
