TARC is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide, implement, and support a comprehensive Human Capital Management (HCM) system to replace its existing HR, payroll, time and attendance, and related workforce management systems. The solution will include core human resources, payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, recruiting and applicant tracking, performance management, compensation management, leave administration, compliance management, learning management, reporting and analytics, data migration, integrations, training, implementation, and ongoing support and maintenance. The selected contractor will provide a secure, configurable, and scalable solution that supports TARC's current and future workforce management needs.
