Description
This Request for Proposal aims to establish a five-year contract for a contractor to oversee the final phases of closure on approximately 20 orphan sites within the Stoddart area under the British Columbia Energy Regulator's Orphan Site Reclamation Fund program. The contractor will manage site investigation, remediation, and reclamation/restoration, with the goal of having sites reclaimed and in vegetation monitoring within the contract period. All pipelines have been deactivated and abandoned, infrastructure removed, and wells abandoned, making the sites ready for investigation.
