The University of British Columbia is seeking qualified and experienced General Contractors for the replacement of two failed existing gas-fired condensing boilers and the installation of a new rooftop air source heat pump at the Centre for Comparative Medicine (CCM). The air source heat pump will provide both heating and cooling. The scope also includes the design and installation of structural supports for the new unit. Proposals must be submitted through the University of British Columbia’s Bonfire portal.
