The City of Victoria is seeking an Engineering Consultant or Consulting Firm to evaluate CCTV footage of brick storm drain structures and propose rehabilitation strategies for arched and egg-shaped brick main structures. The scope includes reviewing CCTV data, prioritizing repairs, providing final design and tender documents in MMCD format, tendering services, and contract administration during construction. Proposals must be submitted by 4:00 PM Victoria time on the closing date. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
