Education Service Center, Region 10 is seeking proposals for the procurement of Instruction Materials and Services Software to be made available to other public agencies through Region 10 ESC's EdTech Exchange purchasing cooperative. The cooperative members will reference this RFP when purchasing or piggybacking on a contract awarded from this procurement. Region 10 ESC will not charge a fee to public agencies for participation in the purchasing cooperative.
