Description

The City of Fredericton is seeking proposals from qualified roofing contractors to provide roofing repair services on an as-needed basis. The successful supplier will provide investigation, troubleshooting, maintenance, emergency response, and repair services for roofing systems located throughout the Local Government's facilities portfolio. The intent is to establish an agreement for timely, reliable, and cost-effective roofing services to protect public assets, minimize service disruptions, extend roof service life, and reduce the risk of water infiltration and associated damage. Services will generally be performed on a time-and-material basis with specific pricing, quotation, invoicing, service level, and performance requirements.
