Owens - Services Requested: - Catholic Mass Musician services for up to 104 Sunday Masses and 15 special services annually - Musical proficiency required in piano and/or organ accompaniment - Coordination with choir directors and responsibility for equipment setup and facility security - Contractor must pass background checks and maintain good standing with a Catholic Parish - Letter of Sustainability from parish must be submitted with the quote - Contract Structure: - Base period of 12 months, with up to five option years (total potential duration: 6 years) - Firm fixed price contract - Unique Requirements: - Non-personal services contract; musician must be in good standing with a Catholic Parish - Letter of Sustainability required for eligibility - Background check mandatory - No products or equipment are being procured; only musician services - No OEMs or commercial vendors are specified - SBA set-aside opportunity
