Description

Prince Edward County is soliciting bids for the construction of an improved entrance and roadway, along with the building pad for a new 960 square foot pre-fabricated landfill scalehouse. The project scope includes demolition of existing facilities, construction of storm drain, water line service, overhead and underground electric, sanitary sewer septic tank, pump tank, force main to a new septic drain field, earthwork and paving operations, concrete building pad and site improvements including plumbing and electrical services, and construction of the pad for the proposed scales. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor. The VDOT entrance connection permit and surety will be obtained by Prince Edward County.
