Shasta County is seeking qualified vendors to provide HVAC and air duct cleaning services for county buildings. - Government Buyer: - County of Shasta, Department of Support Services, Purchasing Division - Products/Services Requested: - HVAC and air duct cleaning services for various county buildings - Vendors must furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required - Services are to be provided on an as-needed basis - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Each individual public works project under this contract must not exceed $75,000 - Projects cannot be split to circumvent the $75,000 limit - Contract term is three years - Respondents must hold a current California Contractor’s License with C-20 classification - All responses must be submitted electronically via the procurement portal - The County reserves the right to negotiate with the top-ranked respondent or reject any or all responses - No specific OEMs or vendors are mentioned in the solicitation
